Please... you're saying the press in the Arab world -- minus Iraq and Lebanon -- has the same liberties as the media in the U.S., UK, Australia, etc?

My blog has never been censored, and I've been critical of the Bush administration. There are millions of other such blogs, magazines, cable channels, etc. that can say whatever they want.

The only censorship I know of in the U.S. is done by lefties like you who want to enforce political correctness. But the blogsphere regulates this nonsense by exposing their bullshit.

And there is news available from every imaginable source: Churches, right-wing newspapers, left-wing ones, centrist ones, and looney-tune Islamists, militias, hate groups, etc.

You obviously either 1) don't understand how parliamentary and/or republican democracies work, 2) or are so comfortable/lazy that you take these press liberties for granted.
