Hezbollah claims to be fighting on the behalf of the Palestinian people, so why is it firing rockets at the Palestinians? From Reuters:

JENIN, West Bank, Aug 2 (Reuters) - A rocket fired by Hizbollah guerrillas landed just inside the West Bank on Wednesday, flying further than any fired towards Israel in the past three weeks, Palestinian witnesses said.

The witnesses in the Palestinian village of Faquah said a rocket landed between their village and the neighbouring Jalboun, located about 70 km (45 miles) from the border with Lebanon. They said they heard an explosion in the area.
