How do you reason with hate?

There’s no reasoning with people whose “protests” carry messages like these — on American soil, no less. These protestors are aligned with those in our nation who advocate “dialog” with the likes of Iranian President Ahmadinejad and Hezbollah. Seeing is believing:

August 12th Rally in Washington DC
Anti-war protesters supported terrorism and hatred for Jews and Israel in rallies across the country. Protestors praised Hezbollah and other Middle Eastern terrorist groups, and expressed their support for “resistance movements” fighting against Israel and against American forces in Iraq.The gatherings were sponsored and endorsed by prominent organizations representing the Muslim and Arab communities in the U.S., together with organizers of antiwar rallies and far-left socialist groups. …

That’s why the West is going to lose this war. Such wonderful occasion to round up this scum and intern them in hard-labor camps. But we just wring our hands and ask why they hate us and try to accomodate them. What a disgrace! Meanwhile while the house in on fire, Jews and Christians have business as usual. We can’t allow such minor inconvenience to disrupt our pleasant. Let’s make more money to have it when time comes to pay dhimmi money to Moslems.

I wouldn’t throw in the towel yet. Japan and Germany sufficiently pissed off the U.S. in WWII. Most likely, the Islamists will pull off an atrocity so awful, it will finally raise the ire of the U.S., and in return, sand will be turned into glass.
