Fox Hostage Wife: Mouthpiece for Terror

Terrorism works. Just listen to the wife of one of the Fox News reporters kidnapped by Palestinian terrorists. Not only is she giving the terrorists the attention they desire, she is rationalizing their lunatic ideology. She could’ve appealed to common decency — “please let my husband go; it’s the right thing to do” — but instead she brought politics into her statement and implicitly blamed Israel. From Reuters:
“Olaf and Steve have always worked for the interest of the Palestinian people, they came here to support you by telling your story,” she said.
“I do not question that you who are holding them have suffered greatly, as everyone in Gaza — in the Palestinian territories — is suffering, but these two men are not responsible for the injustices that you speak of, and they should not be punished for them.”

Wouldn’t it be refreshing for the families and friends and the hostages (once released) express some real anger towards the terrorists instead of giving them exactly what the dirtbag propagandists wanted in the first place.
Why not say the following to the murderous little creeps who behead people in the name of Allah: You vermin are the lowest form of life in the world. Your cause is sick, your methods are sick; you have no reason to make a lifetime occupation out of murdering innocent people and training your children to kill.
I will go back to my country and tell everyone that the Palestinian people and all Islamic terrorists are mass murderers who do not deserve a place in the community of nations or a place in humanity. I will tell my friends and country that the terrorists are kidnappers and assasins who are beyond hope. I will tell them that their leaders are crap. Release my loved ones now or I will tell our government to take steps to make life really difficult for you.

Their discours will change IF they live long enough to say the truth. I hope they will get out of there alive to tell the world that helping Palestinians = suicide.
Apparently kidnaping and killing is the Palestinian way to thank (the naives) for helping. When people will learn - if ever?

Ted: I agree that the woman is under terrible stress. But she’s blaming Israel for the kidnapping. This will only encourage more kidnappings. Remember Danny Pearl’s wife? She didn’t rationalize her husband’s captor’s ideology.
