Although the rapidly-widening hate speech scandal has again forced MoveOn.org to disable its Action Forum, it is fascinating to revisit some of the racist and anti-Semitic remarks that gained overwhelming approval from the other participants. This one is from a professed liberal who begins with the premise that Blacks are oppressed but then denounces all African-Americans in our Armed Forces as potential mutineers who cannot be trusted with weapons.
To begin with, however, we fail to understand why the following House and Senate candidates will not disown MoveOn’s support the way Ronald Reagan disowned the Ku Klux Klan’s. From where we sit, you can be our friend or the friend of people who accuse Jews of disloyalty to the United States while calling prominent African-Americans “house slaves” (why not just call them the N word, like MoveOn candidate Robert Byrd does?) but not both. To Ned Lamont, we add that you can be our friend or the friend of a rabid anti-Semite and racist like Al Sharpton but not both. Lamont’s acceptance of MoveOn’s and Sharpton’s support speaks more eloquently about his personal character and ethics than any words he might say.

o Ned Lamont (D-CT)
o Patrick Murphy for U.S. Congress (PA-08)
o Diane Farrell for U.S. Congress (CT-04)
o Robert Byrd for U.S. Senate (WV)
o Bob Casey for U.S. Senate (PA)
o Nick Lampson for U.S. Congress (TX-22)
o Sherrod Brown for U.S. Senate (OH)
o Francine Busby for U.S. Congress (CA-50)
o Bill Nelson for U.S. Senate (FL)
Now for the circus sideshow and the freak of the day:
Bring Black Troops home/send bush’s daughters
To serve in the US to protect the homeland and our human rights, being violated by the Bush Regime. I recently spoke to an African American Marine Officer, who was disturbed about how Black Marines are being treated prior and during Bush’s illegal occupation of Irag. He related to me that if it wasn’t for the low ranking Black Marines who were being discriminated against, and he felt they needed his help, he himself would resign. For this and other reasons Blacks serving in the armed services should not become solders of fortune, but instead should be assigned to protect the human rights of African Americans, and all people regardless of color or faith. This country should also realize why Blacks are not obligated to shed blood for this country. They will not be able to share in the spoils and benefits if any are derived from this invasion, and others. They nor their love ones in their life time will receive equal opportunities in this country. For Blacks to receive the discipline basically the military have to offer, and minorities are so much in need, I would suggest that they recruit Blacks, keep them in safe positions state side and not allow them a weapon, because they may use it against those they perceive to be their enemy.
10 out of 13 agree
This also was posted, apparently by the same individual, at outbush2005.blogspot.com
We understand completely, and so should all African-Americans who might be inclined to support this hate organization or its candidates:
(1) Blacks “need discipline”
(2) The Armed Forces should be segregated the way they were prior to World War II
(3) African-American soldiers should not be issued weapons because they might mutiny against their so-called “oppressors.”
This is the face of MoveOn.org, and it is an ugly face indeed. More information is available here, but be sure to read it on an empty stomach.
