It looks like the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades has made good on its threat to kill Hamas members. Tensions flared between Fatah/al-Aqsa, Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas’ party offshoots, and the Hamas terrorist group on Sunday. Hamas “security” forces fired on and killed or wounded several Fatah members, who were protesting unpaid salaries. In response, al-Aqsa threatened to kill Hamas leaders. Today, al-Aqsa made good on its threats, from the BBC:
Masked men have shot dead a local leader of the Palestinian governing movement Hamas, according to reports from the West Bank.
Witnesses said the gunmen shot Muhammad Odeh shortly after he left home in the village of Hableh, near Qalqilya, to pray at a nearby mosque.
