Some back-room boob apparatchnik at Bargain Suppliers of West Allis, Wisconsin decided to shoot his mouth off at — spit on, as in the Vietnam era — one of our brave soldiers in Iraq:
“We do not ship to APO addresses, and even if we did, we would NEVER ship to Iraq. If you were sensible, you and your troops would pull out of Iraq.”
Brilliant. A what did the customer, Army Sgt. Jason Hess, serving in Taji, do to elicit such a “response?” He:
…sent the company an e-mail asking if it could ship its foam-rubber floor matting to an Army Post Office in Iraq.
Thanks to management, the “customer service rep” (boob) who spewed the vitriol is now a “former employee.”
