Everybody knows it is there, and it is past time to talk about it.

What is George Soros getting for the millions of dollars he has funneled, whether directly or indirectly, through NGOs and also to support the political careers of Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Barbara Boxer, and John Kerry? Do we really want to find out? This article will show exactly who George Soros is, the nature of his anti-American and anti-Israel agenda, and his extensive network of puppet legislators and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs).

George Soros, like his creation MoveOn.org, is part of the cancer that infests the Democratic Party at the expense of mainstream Democrats. George Soros has reputedly destroyed nations’ currencies to enrich himself while using his network of NGOs like MoveOn.org, Open Society Institute, International Action Network on Small Arms (IANSA, run by Soros minion Rebecca Peters), and so on to perpetrate his visions of internationalism at the expense of national sovereignty.

He has similarly used his enormous wealth to subvert, polarize, and marginalize part of the Democratic Party to the point where it no longer represents anything in which decent Americans believe. This includes the working people who have relied on the Democratic Party to represent their interests against abusive big businesses and special interests. The Democratic Party must accordingly treat its Soros-infested wing like malignant cancer, which must be excised before it destroys the party entirely.

This trend toward self-destruction is already shown by the Democrats’ efforts to undermine the Armed Forces of the United States in Iraq. This is so repulsive to all Americans that the Democrats’ Congressional majority will not last through next year’s elections if it continues. There is also substantial evidence that it is being driven by MoveCongress.org, a new Soros-funded tentacle that does not care how many of our men and women in uniform it has to kill in the process of discrediting and dishonoring American arms. The difference between MoveCongress.org and Judas is that Judas had the common decency to go out and hang himself.

Let us take a look at the core of the problem, by following the octopus’ tentacles back to its head. Soros, known as “the man who broke the Bank of England,” made part of his vast fortune at the expense of honest businesses and ordinary working people as follows.

During his career, Soros has orchestrated some extremely risky, ethically questionable deals. For instance, in a $10 billion 1992 deal whose success was contingent upon the devaluation of the British Pound, he earned himself a $1 billion profit and the title, “the man who broke the Bank of England.” Over the years, he has amassed a personal fortune of some $7 billion.

The process whereby he amassed this fortune has little to do with what most people would regard as honest work (defined as creating value for others). Henry Ford amassed a huge fortune by creating millions of jobs and making the United States the wealthiest and most powerful nation on earth. Bill Gates amassed a fortune by effectively creating the modern personal computing industry. George Soros did not create a single penny of real wealth for anyone; instead, he speculated in existing wealth while engaging in questionable practices like inside trading, of which he was convicted by a French court.

Now let’s take a look at how George Soros feels about the freest country in the world in terms of both civil liberties and political freedoms. (The scale is 1 to 7, with 1 being best.)

This is the country that Soros calls “a danger to the world” and “in need of de-Nazification.”

“America under Bush,” he said, “is a danger to the world, and I’m willing to put my money where my mouth is.”

“Putting his money where his mouth is” consisted of attempting to buy the Presidency of the United States for John Kerry, a confessed war criminal who also consorted openly with the prominent racist and anti-Semite Al Sharpton.

Soros pledged to raise $75 million to defeat President Bush in the 2004 Presidential election, and personally donated nearly a third of that amount to anti-Bush groups (see The Shadow Party). He gave $5 million to MoveOn.org, the group that produced political ads likening Bush to Adolf Hitler. He also contributed $10 million to a Democratic Party 2004 get-out-the-vote initiative called America Coming Together, whose directors include representatives from the AFL-CIO, the Sierra Club, the Service Employees International Union, and EMILY’s List. He further pledged $3 million to the Center for American Progress (CAP), a think-tank headed by former Clinton chief-of-staff John Podesta.

Soros then continued his attack on the United States as follows:

While cricizing the Iraq War for the benefit of reporters at the January 2007 World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, Soros unburdened himself of the view that Nazis were now running the United States government. “America needs to follow the policies it has introduced in Germany,” Soros explained. “We have to go through a certain de-Nazification process.”

Soros should know all about Nazis, having collaborated with real ones to confiscate Jewish property during the Second World War.

During the Nazi occupation, with German and Hungarian fascists rounding up some 300 000 Jews, young Soros posed as the Christian godson of an Hungarian official responsible for expropriating Jewish property. The 14-year old George sometimes accompanied his supposed godfather, helping to identify and expropriate the property of wealthy fellow Jews. So far from being a “Holocaust Survivor,” George Soros was instead a Nazi collaborator.

This is the man–no, let us use Richard Sharpe’s line from Sharpe’s Enemy: “That’s not a man; take it away”–who is bankrolling Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, John Kerry, Barbara Boxer, Sherrod Brown and the others. It is no coincidence that many if not most of these politicians have also taken money and support from the hate organization MoveOn.org, whose disgraced Action Forum equated Zionism to racism while calling for all “Israel-obsessed Jews” to be removed from Congress. Soros and his creation MoveOn.org doubtlessly agree that Israel should not exist because, in their view, those Jews in the Middle East are causing all the trouble:

In November 2003, for the first time ever, the billionaire spoke to a Jewish audience at the conference of the Jewish Funders Network. Many people were dismayed by his call for “regime change” in the United States, his talk of funding projects in “Palestine” and the Geneva Accord, and his ideas about the cause of anti-Semitism.

Soros said European anti-Semitism is the result of the policies of Israel and the United States. “There is a resurgence of anti-Semitism in Europe. The policies of the Bush administration and the Sharon administration contribute to that,” Soros said. “If we change that direction, then anti-Semitism also will diminish,” he said. “I can’t see how one could confront it directly.”

Even Abraham Foxman, whose Anti-Defamation League participated in the whitewash of MoveOn.org’s sponsorship of racist, anti-Semitic, and anti-Christian hate speech and 9/11 denial, found this so repugnant that he used the phrase “absolutely obscene” to describe it. Meanwhile, here is Freedom House’s assessment of the country that Soros blames for causing anti-Semitism, and also that of some of its neighbors.

* Israel’s civil liberties ratings improved from 3 to 2 due to a marked decrease in terrorist attacks in 2005, as well as a surge of civic activism surrounding the country’s “disengagement” from the Gaza Strip.

In other words, the reason Israel’s civil liberties rating is not as good as the United States is because Soros’ Palestinian friends are attacking the natural human rights of Israelis, e.g. by detonating nail bombs in synagogues and shopping malls. Soros feels that the United States and Israel are the problem, but the following countries are not part of the problem at all:

Nancy Pelosi, meanwhile, just hired Joseph Onek, a former Senior Policy Analyst with Soros’ Open Society Institute as her general counsel, thus reinforcing what she calls her “most ethical Congress in history.” Her other appointees (successful and unsuccessful) included John Murtha, who barely missed being indicted in the ABSCAM scandal, and jurist Alcee Hastings, who was impeached and convicted for bribery and perjury. Even more recently, Pelosi said she wanted to appoint William Jefferson–the Louisiana congressman who was found with $90,000 of cold cash in his freezer–to the House committee on Homeland Security. We must indeed ask what George Soros is getting for his money, and anyone who takes his money must be regarded in the same light as an agent of a hostile foreign government: a serious security risk to the United States.

Despite the pessimism that Soros’ influence on our government evokes, writing these columns is refreshing and uplifting. Freedom House’s assessment of the United States, which Soros compares to a Nazi regime that is a menace to world peace, shows our country to be a beacon of liberty throughout the world with unsurpassed civil liberties and political freedoms. In addition, the average American’s income is almost four times that of an average Saudi’s and eighteen times that of a typical Iranian, despite these nations’ enormous oil wealth. Individual freedom of thought, which leads to wealth-producing technological and industrial innovations, is characteristic of societies that encourage their people to read books–not those that burn them, as Islamofascist-governed nations do.
