“I decapitated with my blessed right hand the head of the American Jew Daniel Pearl,” Khalid Sheikh Mohammed boasted in a revised transcript of a US hearing. The most appropriate justice in this case might be to give him exactly what he and his fellow “Islamic” militants say they want: Sharia, or strict “Islamic” justice. Khalid Sheikh Mohammed says his “blessed right hand” decapitated a helpless prisoner, and we all know what happens to the offending body part under Sharia.

Hard working people have the right to be protected. They have the right to security and peace of mind. As for the corrupted hand that refuses to earn honorably by working but instead oppresses other people by stealing their possessions: the deterrent is to cut off the stealing hand to release its owner from it and to relieve the community from his oppression.

The United States Constitution forbids the cruel punishments that are far from unusual under Sharia, but perhaps Khalid Sheikh Mohammed could be remanded to a place like Saudi Arabia that would, perhaps for a fee, mete out genuine militant “Islamic” justice. An article on Saudi Arabia’s “Happy Swordsman Executioner” describes this individual’s work ethic (by now, one of his sons has probably succeeded him); he always looks forward to cutting off more heads and limbs so he can earn more money.
