The UN Human Rights Council has now endorsed the Goldstone Report. There are important implications to this decision that make it a turning point.
It means the first make or break test for Obama’s foreign policy. There is no easy way out. The president must either block a disastrous UN resolution through effective diplomacy in the UN corridors, accept a bad resolution in order to avoid a confrontation, or veto such a resolution an accept the price in unpopularity. Oh, and it also marks the end of the peace process era that began in 1993, showing both sides why they don’t want a compromise deal.

Mexicans also Feel Mexican-Americans Should Be Loyal to Mexico
WASHINGTON — A new survey by Zogby International finds that people in Mexico think that granting legal status to illegal immigrants would encourage more illegal immigration to the United States. As the top immigrant-sending country for both legal and illegal immigrants, views on immigration in Mexico can provide insight into the likely impact of an amnesty, as well as other questions related to immigration.

The Council on American-Islamic Relations has, since its founding in 1994, served as the Islamist movement in North America’s most high-profile, belligerent, manipulative, and aggressive agency. From its headquarters in Washington, D.C., CAIR also sets the agenda and tone for the entire Wahhabi lobby.

I want to share what I believe is one of the most important books to come out regarding the dangerous activities of the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR), an FBI identified front group created for Hamas.
“Muslim Mafia”
exposes CAIR’s activities to the light of day and clearly demonstrates with convincing proof that CAIR is in America with the primary purpose of weakening our country in favor of CAIR’s proclaimed version of radical Islam; a political and violent ideology that has evolved into the most wicked and destructive “religion” in existence.

P. David Gaubatz and Paul Sperry, with the help of Gaubatz’s son Chris, who went undercover, have published an important, perhaps even an explosive and sensational book which exposes the Muslim-Brotherhood connected Council on American-Islamic Relations, otherwise known as CAIR.

There are two basic strategies being put forth in the West and particularly the United States today in regard to the challenge from radical and Islamist forces. The narrower, terror-only strategy is a far more tempting one to follow. It is less expensive, less risky, and makes it far easier to claim success. That’s why it has such enormous appeal and is generally the one being adopted.
The Terror-Only Strategy
In this approach, the problem is defined as direct terror attacks on Western territory and facilities elsewhere like embassies. The enemy is those groups which directly target the West, meaning al-Qaida and its allies plus various independent local self-made terrorists (who are influenced, of course, by Jihadist propaganda).

I recently have received the following message from an Islamo-Fascist (according to the name, tone and manner of correspondence) reader of mine: “Please explain however whether Norman Finkelstein, Israel Shamir, Noam Chomsky, Walt & Mearsheimer, Illan Pappe, Gilad Atzmon or the thousands of other anti-Zionist Jews who are on your ’self-hating-Jew-list’ are also ‘Islamo-fascists’ or ‘Jew haters’?”

Abstract
The United Nations Relief and Work Agency for the Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) was established in 1948 as a temporary relief agency. In spite of its failure to solve the refugee problem, it has been renewed and expanded for 60 years, with support from the entire United Nations community, including the United States and Israel. UNRWA’s annual budget now exceeds half a billion dollars, and it has come to be treated as a permanent protector and advocate of what are depicted as millions of Palestinian “refugees” who, UNRWA claims, lack a homeland, citizenship, and governments to serve their needs. Its mandate has been renewed repeatedly by the UN General Assembly albeit with restrained criticism demanding more transparency and additional budget controls.

An interview with Joel Busner of B’Ahavat Yisrael
By Fern Sidman
After moving to Israel almost 10 years ago, American Jewish activist Joel Busner never thought that he’d be spearheading a campaign to help reclaim Jewish agricultural land in the Galilee that has been commandeered by Arabs, but that is precisely what he’s doing. His charitable organization, B’Ahavat Yisrael (with love of Israel) has focused it’s energy and resources on delivering food packages and providing essential services to beleaguered Jews in such places as Sderot and to those Jewish evacuees from Gaza, but now his motto has become, “it’s time to take our country back,” as he addresses the issues of saving Jewish land in the Galilee, teaching Jews about the importance of agricultural skills and reviving the concept of Jewish labor.

Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold;
Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world
The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.
…And what rough beast, its hour come round at last,
Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?
William Butler Yeats wrote The Second Coming just after the first World War but it is an apt commentary on almost everything, including President Obama’s Nobel Peace Prize and Amira Hass’s upcoming Courage in Journalism Award.

Many motives are cited for suicide bombings, from religious sanctification to revenge for Western foreign policy to hatred of Israel, but one thing ties them together: the boast that Muslims love death, whereas their enemies love life. From killing the infidel enemy through suicide attacks, to allowing the subordinate female to participate in suicide attacks, a pattern emerges. And just as honor killings are a perversion of the most basic of human ties, so love for martyrdom takes societies into a direct relationship with the darkest side of human nature. In trying to explain this, it may be feasible to identify routes to a possible solution.

“He won what?” is the universal first reaction.
And second, at least on the Right: “Why did they do that?”
Even the Nobel committee’s citation does not pretend Barack Obama has actually achieved anything. Rather, it was given to him “for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples.” That’s efforts, not achievements.

And the winner of this year’s award is . . . Barak Hussein Obama! . . . Surprise!
It seems that a number of people are confounded by the choice of Obama as this year’s recipient for the Nobel Peace Prize. No one can clarify just exactly what he did to receive the prestigious award which is given to the individual who is considered to have contributed the most to world peace. For me it is clear.

Iranians who took to the streets this summer to protest electoral fraud failed to win a new election. But they nevertheless returned concerns about the Islamic republic’s human rights record to the international stage.
On June 20, U.S. President Barack Obama declared: “The Iranian government must understand that the world is watching. We mourn each and every innocent life that is lost. We call on the Iranian government to stop all violent and unjust actions against its own people. The universal rights to assembly and free speech must be respected, and the United States stands with all who seek to exercise those rights.”

The United States — along with Russia, China, France, Britain and Germany — met with Iran in Geneva and officials, media, and experts proclaim it a success. Was its nuclear program what Iran defused or merely Western pressure?
It is widely claimed that the meeting in Geneva obtained three great achievements toward ending the long-running Iran nuclear arms’ campaign.
