The (Ugly, Distorted, Hateful, Violent) Truth About the Palestinians

Friday, March 18th, 2016

The Israeli-American Council (IAC) has produced a polished and concise audio-visual summary of “Palestinian” “history” — about a fabricated, supposed ethnic group with a phony and badly-manufactured history (shown below). Indeed, the Arabs whom the Israelis have been forced to manage don’t even call themselves “Arabs.” The word “Palestinian” refers to peoples of Aegean or Anatolian origins — literally, the biblical Philistines — who invaded Israel and harassed the indigenous Jews. It was the despicable Roman Emperor Hadrian who murdered 600,000 Jews and then “renamed” the Jewish homeland as “Syria Palaestina.” Hadrian sought to permanently punish Jews by renaming their sacred homeland after the traditional enemies of the Jewish people, the Philistines. Sane people know that Jews have CONTINUOUSLY lived in Israel for AT LEAST 3,000 years. You can hardly take a step in Israel without turning over some Jewish archaeological evidence. Arabs, Mohammad’s ruffians, didn’t conquer Israel until the 7th century AD. Most “Palestinians” immigrated to Israel during the 19th and 20th centuries. The UNITED NATIONS mandated the birth of “modern” Israel. Finally, for Pete’s sake — as in Saint Peter — Jesus was a Jew, not a Philistine. He was called Rabbi, Amen, Messiah, Christ, and Mar. Book Review – Living History: On the Front Lines for Israel and the Jews 2003-2015

Tuesday, May 19th, 2015

By Fern Sidman

“From 2003 through the early months of 2015, I wrote more than 200,000 words about anti-Semitism/anti-Zionism,” says Prof. Phyllis Chesler in the introduction of her recently released book, Living History: On the Front Lines for Israel and the Jews 2003-2015 (Gefen Publishers).

This admission should come as no surprise to anyone even tangentially familiar with the voluminous amount of essays and articles that Dr. Chesler has written on the subject over the last 13 years, donning an impressive variety of hats. As an astute political analyst, researcher and investigative journalist, she has honed these skills in her quest to offer her reader a meticulous examination of a panoply of hot button geo-political issues pertaining to Israel and the Jewish people.

In this anthology-style compendium that contains the corpus of her work in non-redacted form, Chesler prodigiously confronts the seemingly eternal scourge of global anti-Semitism/anti-Zionism, the pernicious nature of radical Islam, the proliferation of visceral Jew hatred and incessant Israel bashing on university campuses, the exposure of the most egregious forms of propaganda in films and books, the truth about the nefarious agenda of multicultural relativism, and critiques the role of the Left-liberal media in creating the “perfect storm.”

I saw the future — anti-Semitism — at McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada

Friday, March 28th, 2014

By Gary Gerofsky

In a gymnasium on the campus of McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, which is used for sports, concerts and normally happy and festive events of student life, I saw the future. It was in the form of a Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) vote that passed overwhelmingly. The vote passed but will not take effect at this time because they did not get quorum (they needed over 600 students but they had a little over 400). I am told that the pending vote will be passed along to senate where its fate will be in the hands of that body. Regardless, one day soon, as on hundreds of campuses throughout the land, these and similar anti-civilization votes are or will be taking place. They are attended by hundreds of students, a good portion dressed in Islamic attire; some older students who do not appear to be students at all, angrier and more determined than your average Canadian student. Also in attendance are many Muslims and other supporters who are often bussed in by various religious and other groups, churches, unions, etc.

Obama’s foreign policy advances the interests of Islamists and leftists and subverts freedom

Monday, August 19th, 2013

By Gary Gerofsky

Without freedom there can be no democracy. Without the US supporting freedom, democracy is endangered. With the US supporting make-believe democracy without freedom, there can be no real democracy with freedom. With the US working against freedom, there can be no US. With the US supporting Islamism (masked as a “religion of peace”), terrorism and war will flourish.

The US has had a mixed record of working to weaken or undermine states, individuals and groups that were harmful to its self-interests. US policy has generally been focused on its own interests, regardless of the merit of those interests. Now, with US President Obama’s new appeasement foreign policy, it could be argued that its policy is not geared towards its own self-interests but rather the interests of Islamists and leftists who are pushing hard to advance Obama’s vision of an Islamist crescent surrounding a shrunken or perhaps non-existent State of Israel. We must ask ourselves a very serious question: Why is Obama acting to destroy Israel, backing Islamists, and strengthening terrorists? How does this help American interests? Why are the American people not reacting to what amounts to the hijacking of US foreign policy to help the ideology of terrorists who were quite eager to attack America on 9/11 and to damage the US at every other opportunity before and after 9/11?

It is not exclusively up to Israel to make the world right

Friday, June 28th, 2013

By Gary Gerofsky

Israel has and continues to make increasingly important contributions to the world of science, medicine, software, hardware, the arts, humanitarian aid and a great many other categories. Israel, to its credit and out of necessity, has also made great strides in military equipment, training and minimizing human suffering in war. In situations where Israel could easily have eliminated those who intimidate, terrorize and make the destruction of Israel their raison d’etre, Israel has chosen to use surgical techniques against attackers, putting their own soldiers at risk instead of taking the easy route of massive bombing missions. When the shoe is on the other foot, Israel’s enemies throw everything they have at Israel and — were it not for Israel’s military superiority — Israel would have been eliminated long ago as Jewish enclaves and/or kingdoms have been wiped out through the ages by superior armies headed by tyrannical despots.

Alicia Keys Makes a Standout Show of Support for Israel

Saturday, June 22nd, 2013

by Join the Boycott (@jointheboycott)

In an industry that has shown a distressing and cowardly acquiescence to pressure from anti-Israel extremists, the music world now has a standout courageous voice of support for Israel. One of today’s top recording artists, Alicia Keys (see video below), who is scheduled to perform in Tel Aviv on July 4, has refused to bow to pressure to cancel from Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) extremists, whose bullying tactics border on intimidation. In addition, USA Today shockingly joined the bullying, publishing online, almost verbatim, the words of a BDS press release. Alicia Keys response to BDS was mercurial and sweet. “I look forward to performing in Israel” she said. Kudos. Among the betrayers who have capitulated to the extremists’ pressure are Bon Jovi, Carlos Santana, and Annie Lennox, actors Dustin Hoffman and Meg Ryan, and singer Stevie Wonder cancelled a Friends of IDF support appearance in Los Angeles. JtB urges you not support any of the betraying artists. But Alicia, we are proud of you. Please tweet messages of support (@aliciakeys) and sign this petition supporting her. Kudos also to the many other artists who have rejected the extremists, among them the Rolling Stones, Madonna, Sir Elton John, Justin Bieber, Pet Shop Boys, Alanis Morissette, etc. 6/20/13

The only dark side of 2nd Amendment proponents is its critics

Sunday, June 9th, 2013

A pregnant Texas actress who told FBI agents her husband had sent ricin-tainted letters to President Barack Obama and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg has been arrested for orchestrating the scheme herself, a law enforcement official said Friday. …

So there you have it. All the disparaging remarks about the “dark side of the pro-gun movement” were made by partisans jumping to conclusions, belying their disdain for good citizens who support the Second Amendment of our Constitution guaranteeing that “the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.” Some pathetic has-been actress decided to throw a tantrum and smear her soon-to-be ex-husband, Nathaniel Richardson:

Western money [billions] is backing the education of Arab children to liberate all of Palestine through an armed struggle.

by David Bedein, Aish.com

In a great audio-visual presentation you can watch below, Aish.com summarizes what many common sense observers know about the U.N. Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA):

… As we look for ways to crack down on terrorism and terrorist activity, looking at UNRWA is a good start. American taxpayer dollars fund approximately one-third of UNRWA’s operating budget. UNRWA provides food, medicine, economic aid, jobs, radical education, political opportunities, and even logistical assistance to Hamas and other extremist groups. UNRWA’s budget, which exceeds $365 million, is funded by many nations, but the United States and other Western nations are the largest contributors. …

If you want to find out even more truth about UNRWA, I suggest you read this very thoughtful, well-documented treatise by three well-recognized experts on Middle East affairs: Barry Rubin, Asaf Romirowsky, and Jonathan Spyer. They eloquently showed that UNRWA:

… actually helps destroy the chance of Arab-Israeli peace, promotes terrorism, and holds Palestinians back from rebuilding their lives.

Unique in history, UNRWA’s job is to keep Palestinian refugees in suspended animation — and at low living standards — until they achieve the goal set for them by the PLO and Hamas: Israel’s extinction. In the meantime, their suffering and anger is maintained as a weapon to encourage them toward violence and intransigence. …

Jerusalem’s Decreasing Isolation: Israel in the World

Monday, April 8th, 2013

by Efraim Inbar*

The bad news is clear. Israel’s right to exist is questioned by many, and its ancient and present capital, Jerusalem, is unrecognized by all but a few states. Israeli leaders are sometimes compared to leaders of Nazi Germany, and Israeli actions against the Palestinians are described as Nazi-like policies. Moreover, the Israelis are accused of engaging in South African apartheid policies toward the Palestinians and the country’s Arab minority. Opponents and critics portray the Jewish state as the world’s worst violator of human rights, United Nations resolutions, and international law.[1]

There’s no reason to ban ‘assault’ rifles

Tuesday, January 15th, 2013

… For the purpose of this article, we’ll focus on AR-15s since it is what CBS calls “the most popular rifle in America” and one often designated an “assault” rifle. An AR-15 is the civilian equivalent to the military’s M-16. So what’s the difference?

Kelly Alwood, a firearms trainer and consultant, told TheBlaze the only difference is that one [the military AR-15] is fully automatic and the other is semi-automatic [the civilian AR-15]. It’s a small yet simultaneously big distinction. Firearms for use by the military are able to shoot continuously with one pull of the trigger, machine-gun style. Civilian firearms, on the other hand, only allow one shot per trigger pull.

[Calling the civilian AR-15 an "assault rifle" is] “a way to demonize something for a political agenda and misconstrue [the guns] and the public on the Second Amendment,” Alwood said.

TheBlaze, Jan. 11, 2013 (emphasis added)

There’s really no difference between the hyperbolic-named “assault rifle” and a hunting rifle, so all this talk of banning “assault weapons” is just another ruse and scare-tactic meant to disarm Americans — to destroy the Second Amendment to our hallowed Constitution. The current gun control push will punish law-abiding Americans the most, as street thugs, Mexican cartels, and crazies will always be able to find automatic or other deadly weapons on the black market. Our Founding Fathers knew all about what it meant to be the underdog trying to fight off tyranny, that of King George, leader of Britain, whose “forces were the best trained, most well equipped military in the world.” According to the New York Times (yes, the NYT):

Israel’s Arabs: Deprived or Radicalized?

Sunday, January 13th, 2013

by Efraim Karsh*

October 1, 2000, was a watershed in Arab-Jewish relations in the state of Israel. On that day, as most Israelis were celebrating the Jewish new year, their Arab compatriots unleashed a tidal wave of violence in support of the ‘al-Aqsa intifada’, an all out war of terror launched by Yasser Arafat’s Palestinian Authority a couple of days earlier.

For full ten days, Israeli Arabs blocked several main roads, cutting off Jewish localities and forcing some of them to defend against armed assaults by neighbours with whom they had maintained cordial relations for decades. Scores of Jewish families spending the holiday season in the Galilee found themselves attacked by frenzied Arab mobs wielding Molotov cocktails, ball bearings in slingshots, stones, even firearms. Stores, post offices, and other public places were ransacked as rioters clashed with police. Forests were set ablaze. In Nazareth, thousands of Arabs marched in the streets chanting, ‘With our souls and our blood we will redeem Palestine’. Jaffa and Haifa, the showcases of Arab-Jewish coexistence, were rocked by violence and vandalism.
